Youth Testimonials
TBGA offers youth a safe and welcoming environment:
"I feel safe here. The staff and coaches are incredibly hard working and hands on, helping us through our skills and our fears. I find this inspiring, which is why I am in the Pre-Coach-In-Training program and I hope to coach here one day!"
~Alyssa Sullivan (Age 13)
"We feel cared for at TBGA. It is a great community. We have built many great friendships. Everyone here is so kind!"
~Avery (Age 14) & Rhea (Age 13)
TBGA coaches actively engage and mentor our youth through the sport:
"TBGA teaches me how to stick to goals and be self-motivated. I have looked up to my coach since I was six years old. He has been my inspiration and helps me to accomplish my goals"
~David Harris (Age 13)
"The coaches train us well and I feel that in the future TBGA is going to have a very successful team. I hope to coach one day and be just like my coaches."
~Matthew Armstrong (Age 13)
TBGA offers youth leadership and skill development opportunities:
"TBGA has gifted me the opportunity to further my coaching certification. In August of 2018 they paid 100% for my Men's and Women's Artistic Gymnastics Competition Level 1 Certification, as well as the flight and accommodations. The course took place over several days at the Canadian Adventure Camp, where we participated in various outdoor activities whenever we weren't learning. It was an experience I will never forget!"
~Kelvi Toskovich (Age 17)
"TBGA has given me many opportunities, such as growing as an athlete, cheerleader (using the floor) and as a coach. I've learned so much from being here all my life. Without the sport and the gym, I believe I would be a very different person today."
-Ashley Wright (Age 16)
"TBGA has given me the opportunity to work on my fitness! It helps me in all other aspects of my life, including in gym at school! I am all around more coordinated thanks to this sport!"
-Amber Taylor (Age 14)
